About Our Wine

We created our wine list to convey an eclectic, ever-changing social and world palate. From the traditional French Bordeaux to the cutting edge technology of South American wines, we have something for everyone.

We offer 40 wines by the glass with the only wine cuvee in Minnesota, eliminating the fear of not liking something new with a "try before you buy" system. We extend our commitment to taste and quality by serving our wines exclusively in Riedel stemware.

We are steadfast in our incorporation of wine and dining, inviting our guests on a flavor adventure while ensuring their comfort. We have identified exceptional and extraordinary wines in our collection with a wine-glass icon in our menu books. We like to offer our guests the classics they love, but encourage them to develop their palates without intimidation. Guests are supported in designing their own wine flights in order to define their individual tastes through educated experimentation and, ultimately, create personal "ah-ha" wine moments.

Sontes' mission is to use wine and food as a medium for accentuating uniqueness and celebrating the differences in the world.
