August 25th - Class 3: Old World White versus New World White
What is terrior, and is it really important?
What am I really drinking?
Special reserve tasting at the end of class.

John Sievers, trombone, and Eric Straubmuller, piano, both local Rochester musicians, have been making music together for the last six years. This talented instrumental duo plays fresh interpretations of jazz standards and a few pop classics. The pair also plays original compositions that feature free improvisation and playful interaction. The musical interplay between Sievers and Straubmuller makes for exciting listening as it keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.

Like a good wine list, Benjamin J. Gateño’s repertoire provides music to suit every taste.  Classical, jazz, blues, Latin American, and even avant-garde solo guitar music is brought to life with Mr. Gateño’s focused sound and expressive musicality.

Rick Lee is a Rochester native who has been involved in the local music scene for several years. His music incorporates a soft, jazzy interpretation to many standards from James Taylor to big band songs to the Beatles.
