Scallops - love the chocolate sauce; patatas bravas - love garlic & truffle oil; sea bass - love fish, mushrooms, & greens.

What is your favorite Wine/Beer/Drink?
Covey Run & Cline Mouvedre; Bailey's & Godiva Dark Chocolate on the rocks.

What is your favorite dish to make at home?
Purpe Brosia, raw flax crackers, kombucha, raw chocolate brownies, Quinoa w/sauteed veggies, salad.

What is your favorite place in the world?
New Zealand

What music is most inspiring to you?
Folk music, Instrumental

What do you like most about Rochester?
Size, parents are close by - Dad is good help on the farm.

What would you do if you had a million dollars?
Buy some land and start my organic permaculture farm.
