What do you enjoy most about Sontes?
My co-workers and getting to learn so much about food and wine from some of the best in the business!!! I also love working to the live music on Friday and Saturday nights!

What is your favorite dish at Sontes? Why?
The Main Diver Sea Scallops... YUMMY!!!

What is your favorite Wine/Beer/Drink?
Chasing Venus... so good!

What is your favorite dish to make at home?
Grilled Cheese and tomato soup! Easy and tasty!

What is your favorite place in the world?
The small fishing villages off the east coast of Mozambique. Especially right at sunrise when everyone is getting set for the day and heading out in their boats. It's the perfect time for a dip in the ocean as well!

What music is most inspiring to you?
The gospel songs of Swaziland (especially when it's only children singing). It'll get me dancing in a second, and though I can't even understand half the words... it brings me more joy than any other music.

What do you like most about Rochester?
Being close to my family, and getting to try all the food at Sontes =)

What would you do if you had a million dollars?
Travel the world (starting in Africa and South Eastern Asia), coming alongside locals to start children homes. There's nothing sweeter to me than seeing a child taken out of a dark and abusive situation and put into a situation where they are loved and nourished. Seeing the transformation of the child is simply incredible!
